Last whole month we had to cancel all our appointments but we were determined that the health and well being of our patients was foremost. It was your safety that we canceled all appointments. But we were working on developing a system where you can seek medical help online.
We now have that system where patients can contact us online for their medical problems. Now we can manage all new appointments via video conferencing.
We will require your basic personal information. Once registered, you will be issued a username and password to log in. You can also register/add your family members under the same username.
Once registration is over, you will be directed to complaints page, where you have to fill your complaints and other information. Then you will be directed to an online questionnaire with multiple choice answers, where you have to select appropriate options. If you are not sure of an option, you can select skip and jump to the next question. For an effective homeopathic history, we have to understand you as a person and have to ask a lot of questions about your nature, your reactions to situations, etc. This online questionnaire is prepared by Dr. Pravin Jain after extensive research and experience of treating children for the last 25 years. This will take approx 45 min to complete the questionnaire. Though it will be a little lengthy questionnaire, this in your best interest as the better we understand you, the better and effective is the treatment.
Once the response is received by our team, the complete information will be analyzed by our doctor with the help of specialized software. Then the appointed doctor will do a video consultation with you for more clarification and finalizing the best-suited remedy. If any old reports/pictures are there, you will be asked to upload them on the website.
Depending on your condition, the doctor will give you a plan of treatment and the duration of treatment and explain the cost. You will have to make the payment via the payment gateway of online transfer.
Once the payment is received the medicines will be sent to you along with the required instructions.
Every 3 months Periodic follow-up will be done and medicines adjusted according to your needs. However if any issues in between, you can always contact us and we will guide you on how to proceed.
During treatment, if you develop any other symptoms like cold or fever or pains, you can contact us for the same. We will also provide you with an emergency medicine kit. Once you contact us, we will guide you with appropriate medicine from the kit.
